What Are Flower Essences?

Flower essences are energetic preparations made with fresh flowers, water, and the sun. A small amount of whiskey is added as a natural preservative.

Unlike herbal tinctures or essential oils, flower essences contain no physical plant material.

Rather than addressing physical symptoms directly, flower essences have traditionally been used to support emotional balance, self-awareness, and personal growth.

I often think of them as gentle companions that support you as you move through life's challenges.

I spend time in nature listening for which flowers wish to participate in the creation of each essence. My own handcrafted flower essences are then thoughtfully combined with select Perelandra Soul Ray Essences to create a blend that is completely unique to you.

Caring for Your Flower Essence

To preserve your flower essence:

• Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

• Store upright with the cap securely closed.

• Avoid taking within 15 minutes of coffee, peppermint, or meals.
